I received my order and was disappointed to see that my lid wasn’t all black as I thought it would be. Upon closer look at the ad/picture I finally did notice the white stripe along the bottom of the lid. My fault, but I was hoping for an all black lid to match what I already have. There is also a small gap along the white seam where it meets the black part of the lid where some fuzz or packing fibers or something collects. Normally not a big deal- unless you sell candles and are on the hunt for a perfect vessel..then I feel this looks noticeable and kind of unclean. ... show more

I know you want to hear about the jars, they are very good quality and make a pretty good sized candle. But I want to talk about the customer service. I purchased my jars in June of 2021. I was like the middle of moving towns so I hadn't even opened the cases to make my candles. I finally got to open them in November of 2021 and noticed the lids were missing in one of the cases. I reached out to them on Facebook and Joe had messaged me back asking to email him so we could discuss it further. I was way past my warranty time but he was kind enough to send me the lids I was needing. I just received them this week. I recommend reaching out if you ever have an issue. They are very friendly! I will definitely order more jars from them knowing I can count on them if there's ever any issues with my order! ... show more
