The fit is true to size, but despite typically wearing a size 6, falling into the small (4/6) category, I chose a medium due to concerns about it being too tight. Unfortunately, going up a size wasn’t the best decision, as the hip and armpit areas turned out a bit too big and loose (refer to the picture without the jacket). Despite this sizing hiccup, I still recommend this dress for anyone seeking a charming summer outfit suitable for various occasions. I bought this tank midi-dress to wear around the house and also to wear on our upcoming vacation. It is actually perfect for wearing around the house -- it is super soft, thick material, and comfortable. I bought a size up and I could have probably gone a size down to my normal as well. I was looking for something baggy and comfy. This is also great for wearing while on vacation over your bathing suit or just walking around the town. The buttons are a nice added touch and they provided an extra just in case. I am okay about the buttons and after a while I might just remove them -- but I love the option of having them on now.

This dress in "coffee" and size small is not at all flattering. The dress is a bad fit for this particular size small; it hangs baggily and stretches to the floor on a 5'4-1/2" tall person. The stripes do not match up exactly on the front seam. The buttons, which are only decorative and cannot open the dress, were gold not silver as pictured. Also, the crests on the buttons were sewn on so that they all point in different directions. On a positive note, the fabric was soft. However, this dress is not a hit.

Exactly as described & photographed. I love my new house dress! I put this over a black turtleneck & it is my layering for winter temps! Nice material, they sent an extra button which is always a nice touch! They did not vacuum seal the package so this dress was not all wrinkled, it was ready to wear! I love that most of all. Very good workmanship went into designing & making this dress! The stripes are matched up & the colors all match my monitor! Hope my honest review helps you!

This is an 'ok' dress. The material feels nice like a thick cotton t-shirt. Maybe a little thicker than I expected but no complaints there. It just hangs and doesn't have much shape to it so having your own curves will help or accessories like a belt or fitted jacket. The buttons are a cheap plastic. And the dress goes down, the lines line up less and less. I like that the tank style top has full coverage and doesn't show the side of your bra. It falls at a good length. This isn't a bad dress depending on your occasion. I was on the fence between a 3 & 4 star. I went with a 4 because I like the material.

This is one of those summer dresses that you can wear for lounging, running errands, swimsuit cover or even to work with a white blazer. The knit is substantial enough to be modest and has enough give to be very comfortable. The cotton blend is sure to be great for really hot afternoons. Cut is generous through the hips and the faux buttoned front placket has a center front slit. Love the tobacco brown/white combo....looks great against tan skin. COTTONY COMFORT & STYLE
