This mug is durable and the PERFECT size. It does really well with hot and cold drinks, and even does well in the microwave. I did have an issue with the mug when I received it — there were a couple of imperfections on the mug, but it didn't bother me and it did not hinder the overall integrity of the mug, so I just left it as is. Well, the company sent me an email asking how everything was, and I was honest and told them the same thing that I just said. They sent me a new mug and it was perfect; no imperfections.
