The dress is a neutral shade of white. It fits pretty true to size. My daughter is on the skinnier side so it was a bit baggy on her but I think for the majority of toddlers it would fit perfect. The only concern I had was the bow on the front of the dress. This just comes as a piece of ribbon that you have to tie around the waistline of the dress.
