They flare out, but not as much as the photo shows. For a little girl looking for a beautiful dress this is it! My niece wears hers at least 1x a week and the dresses have held up. I will continue to buy from this seller in the future and highly recommend them. Note: the bow needs to be pinned onto the dress after it's put on. This dress is so pretty, comes with the matching headband and big bow for the back. My only complaint is about the big bow, the pin that was attached was put in the wrong spot. So when my niece would stand, the bow would flop over and looked ugly. Nothing an additional pin couldn't fix.

Came on time and super fast! The fabric is not soft inside and makes my daughter feel gets itchy. My old daughter doesn’t like those type of dress because she also says it hurts inside. And came big for my 12 month baby. But overall I loved the dress it’s very pretty.

This genuinely was higher quality than I expected it to be, I almost regret doing a cake smash in it. The material isn't too rough, it fit my short and stout fairly well, it was long enough to be pretty but not so long she tripped on it, and it looks GREAT in photos. Would definitely recommend.
