    • AMAZING RESOURCE!
Format: Paperback
This book was great! Each topic is only 3 pages long with 8 practice questions to cement in what you just read. I'm a procrastinator. I took my course in January and "have been studying" for months now. AKA not studying at all. This Monday I signed up for the test on Friday. Tuesday I did one of these practice tests online and scored an 85, I think. (I got a 72 on the practice exam that came with my course the week before with no extra studying.) I figured I was in the ball park of passing so really just read through all of Chapter 1 (all the laws) and took notes starting on Thursday. Hit some of chapter 4 for a high level review and read over my notes on my 1 hour drive to the testing center. Passed with an 83! This book broke down the laws in a way that was bite size clearly organized making it easy to see what each of them did rather than trying to go down the line and memorize 16 laws. I didn't read the entire thing, but one thing I would do to supplement this is to gather all your numbers. (days for disclosures, seller concession for each type of loan, things like that.) This book has been a great educational resource for SAFE exam. Its dives deeper into the subjects more than the pre licensing exam classes that I paid for. I believe it will definitely help assist with studying for the exam.
