The style of this workout set makes it good to wear for a casual stroll, lunch break, around the house, etc. the quality of this set is AMAZING. This is one of the more medium support sets I’ve purchased. It does a great job at holding everything together such as lower belly fat. The shorts also give your butt support. Great workout set. Material is thick and not see through but very breathable. I’m use to racer sports bras, so the only issue I had to get over is width between the shoulder straps. Have two sets of these and I’m ver pleased!

The media could not be loaded. This set is fire. Well at least the bottoms are. Material is nice, kinda thick and not see-thru, true to size, lifts the booty and has good tummy control without being tight or uncomfortable. The top is a little big (im a lifetime member of the itty bitty committee) i wish it was a Y or X back like other sports bras, and the padding isnt the best, but theyre removable so i just put other ones in. Either way, cute set, love the color! Ill def buy more! For reference im 5'0, 115lbs, bust 34A, bottom 3-5/S.

The media could not be loaded. This is a really cute outfit. The material is awesome, I love that it's stretchy! The bottoms are really well made, not see thru and not too short. The bra was a little tight so that why I would recommend sizing up! These are more on the smaller side but since they stretch it might be okay if you got your normal size but I would play it safe and size up. I usually wear a small and got a small but the top was a little too small but the bottoms fit well. Since the material is stretchy, if I got a medium they would probably fit a little better Overall I recommend as a really cute workout outfit. Just remember that these do run small and if you sized up it would be the safest option for a good fit!
