    • Really like the product, the vendor puts genuine effort into doing things right.
Size: Queen Color: Twill Navy Blue
I'll start by talking about the futon itself: It is a well-built and looks great. Converting from bed to couch is easier than other queen-sized futons I've had. Moving on to delivery and assembly: * One of the pieces was damaged in transit. The company responded very quickly to my complaint. I was very happy with the resolution and how quickly it was reached. It's very nice to deal with a company that actually seems like they want your business. * Whenever I assemble furniture, I find that there is a certain amount of backfill that I need to do (e.g. drilling holes that weren't the proper depth, dealing with mis-alignments between pieces, etc...) This product was **much** better than average. I think I spent a grand total of a minute doing this backfill. * Your assembly experience will be unpleasant if you don't read *all* of the instructions before assembling. The instructions come in separate booklets (fine). However, one of the booklets goes out of its way to say the instructions in the other booklet is wrong. This was amusing, but if you missed the warning, you would have some headaches. Especially since the step in question is the only one that really is a two-person job. -- If you purchase this product, I have a few pieces of advice: 1) Carefully look over every piece - especially the arms - when you receive them. 2) Read through all of the instruction booklets first before assembling 3) Have a drill handy in case you need to deepen a hole so that the barrel-nut sits properly. To wrap up, I really like the end result, and the assembly was much easier than I expected. ... show more

    • 2 people required for operation
Size: Queen Color: Twill Navy Blue
Good solid quality, putting together was a guessing game as only half the screws were labeled, but otherwise easy enough to assemble. The major drawback for me is this futon has to have 2 people to operate, does not easily sit back upright, and will slam down if someone isn’t supporting the back when either laying flat or returning upright ... show more

    • Most comfortable futon
Size: Full Color: Twill Navy Blue
We love this! This was the first big purchase I've made on Amazon and it was well worth it. The assembly is easy enough by yourself but really needs two people once you're ready to actually put the two sides together. It's super comfy, all of our guests have been surprised how nice it is. I've tried it myself and is great. Husband is 6'2", he feels too large for the full size. Real wood, quality build. Drawers are shallow but useful for extra bedding, chargers, etc..... ... show more

    • Easy to assemble, difficult to convert between bed/couch
Size: Queen Color: Twill Navy Blue
Review Image by pinkpanther78
It was a little overwhelming when first opening the box, as it looked like a million parts. But it was really easy to assemble, almost foolproof, with color coded dots to make sure to you lined up parts correctly. For what it costs, I'm pretty disappointed in its appearance as it doesn't look nearly as nice as stock photo. The frame looks nice, the cushion looks horrible - maybe b/c I got the larger queen size version, so the back side is really large and slumpy, also because you can see all the stitches in the middle (not sure why they didn't use matching thread instead of white). It is very physically difficult to convert back and forth from bed to couch by myself, also again maybe because it's the larger queen size version. Note the matching pillows did not come with it. Also, I was very skeptical when I started assembling the storage drawers as they are not attached to the futon, they just slide under. However, as of now they roll out easily even sitting on my carpet, and are lining up nicely. We'll see once they start settling into the carpet if they still line up perfectly. Overall if I was able to view this in a store, I likely wouldn't have purchased for almost $900. ... show more

    • It’s perfect!
Size: Queen Color: Twill Navy Blue
It’s heavy but very stable and great quality. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable and the foldable side tables that pop out of the arms, as well as the storage drawers, make this a worthy purchase.

My grandson Nick loves this futon in his room when he sleeps over. It’s very well made and is an attractive piece of furniture 🐶❤️

    • horrible
Size: Full Color: Twill Navy Blue
I've had this thing for 9 months and its falling apart. the foldable tables on the side the screws came out after setting my phone and a drink on it. the mattress is almost flat and its a nightmare to get it into couch mode its definitely not to be used as a bed if it were just for guest 1 or 2 nights that's fine it just not comfortable. I can barely walk right my lower back is in so much pain all the time. definitely not worth the 820 dollars I spent. i would have been better off saving for months to buy a 2000 dollar bed. Dont buy this there are much better options for less of a price. ... show more

    • Sturdy Frame and Great Design
Size: Full Color: Twill Navy Blue
Size: Full 4-Stars due tot he Mattress being terrible and not the one that was advertised to be included in the pictures. I was fully expecting to have to buy a different mattress for it anyways. The one that came with this was a really thin 4 inch thick mattress with terrible padding. You can feel the futons frame through it and its very uncomfortable when laying down. The positive side, this futons frame is great. It looks nice and is very sturdy. Putting it together was not hard to do solo. The roll-out drawers are perfect for whatever you need. It was hard to find a futon, especially a wooden frame, that has a "high weight" capacity (500-550lbs). All others had a weight limit of 200-220lbs which is enough for 1.5 persons to sit on in couch position which means they are poorly made. This one is not a cheap poorly made design. ... show more
