    • Very classic looking
Size: Full Color: Twill Burgundy
The assembly was time consuming since I did it by myself but the directions were very good. Heavy material which surprised me and the cushion looked really good. Great material. Turned my sun room here in Florida into a quick bed for company. I really like the looks of the finished product

    • Sturdy, attractive, and wood color is lighter than pictures
Size: Queen Color: Twill Burgundy
Sturdy, attractive, and pretty good assembly instructions. However, the wood color does not match the picture. Mine is several shades lighter than what I thought I had purchased.

    • Very nice piece of furniture
Size: Queen Color: Twill Burgundy
My futon is FANTASTIC. My husband put it together and he had no problems in doing it Yeah, it took him close to 2 hours. My mom slept on it the other night and said there is a hump in the middle of it. She said it was a soft hump so, nothing major there. It looks great and we are impressed. Our only issue was delivery. Instead of dropping it of on our covered porch, they left it in front of my garage. I was home all day and no one informed me they were even there. I just so happened to go let the dogs out when I saw it. Lucky, I saw it when I did because a storm hit like an hour after I dragged it in. It was heavy and a pain in the butt for me just to drag it inside the garage door. Small hands can't handle the ackwardness of the boxes very well ... show more

    • Happy with our choice!
Size: Full Color: Twill Burgundy
We recently 'down sized' and wanted a futon for our second bedroom. After spending sometime looking 'on line' at futons, we settled on the Brentwood. We placed the order and the frame components arrived quickly. Everything was well packaged and directions were clear in how to assemble. We love the finish we chose....it looks great! The mattress arrived a few days later and is in place on the frame. We love it and are now ready for overnight guests! ... show more

This cushion does not look good at all, the quality just isn’t there for the money you spend. I’m not happy with this at all.

    • More than a futon

Renovating a room. Pulled up carpet and got rid of a king bed. This futon serves a double purpose of a comfortable seat and a guest bed. Instructions were easy to read and follow. It does take two people. The drawer space is awesome for bedding. Quality of the wood is great and color was just what I wanted. The side panels by the arms are great for setting a cup of coffee or book or computer/tablet. I also bought the other model without drawers and side panels for the bonus room and it is equally great product. ... show more

    • Excellent futon.
Size: Full Color: Twill Burgundy
Product came in 3 separate shipments. One of the drawer sides arrived broken but customer service was excellent and shipped a new piece immediately. Assembly required. I used an electric driver to speed up the process. Solid wood. Excellent look. Enjoying it.
