Exceeded my expectations. It's a nice size compared to the Switch 1. The screen is nice and bright colors are excellent, does the job but not nicer than the Switch Oled imo. Eshop loads quicker than the previous Switch which was one of my issues. Games load quicker. It's not a mind blowing console like the PS5 or Xbox Series X but the games look way better than the previous Switch and it's definitely a good upgrade. Nintendo has always been behind Sony and Microsoft's consoles but you're not buying the Switch 2 for crazy graphics or mind blowing Fps, you're buying it for Nintendo's excellent first party games. Nintendo has always been that company with good games and a good time.

I made the jump from my 3DSXL, wanting to keep the portability and ensure i could play all the classics that nintendo does best. It came and was ready to play right out of the box. Incredible grafix and sound caught my attention and after a few hours of playing the Mario game I decided to actually check out the machine and it blew me away. It slipped into the TV module with no effort and the picture had me floored. Sound and controls were all simple to operate and just as easy and fun to play. The controllers are amazing they magnetically snap on to the machine for handheld use locking in so you can get into the game, OR you can pop them off with a very simple switch either give one to your friend and play head to head on the handheld or on a TV. connect them together with the help of the included magnetic holder, the two sides to connect for a separate controller that works with both the handheld unit and the TV even turn them into a nouse for some fun gaming . I feel as if i got two games for the price of one and the controllers can be used as a mouse or set them up for up to four players to enjoy this system on a high definition TV. Incredible computing power in a small but very comfortable and player friendly package. It has a speaker and micriphone built in and can easily take a nintendo compatable camera for online gaming and the web browser going forward. Charge as you play then drop it wirelessly into the dock and continue your game without missing a single game. This comes with everything for up to two people to play right out of the box. The price is so fair for all the enjoyment and possible ways to use this incredible gaming system. Nintendo really nailed every part of this game. Be aware they sall a pro controller which makes this even more pleasant for the long sessions. Make certain that you have lots of tine as the fun games will eat up many enjoyable hours. I could truly go on all day but real gamers will eat it up and newbies will be starting at the top.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. This is a terrific upgrade from my original Switch. The improved graphics and noticeably smoother performance make a real difference, with games loading faster and running more consistently. Everything feels more responsive overall. As an added bonus, my daughter is thrilled to officially inherit my old Switch, so it’s been a win for both performance and family harmony. A solid upgrade all around.

For the console itself I'm very happy, the screen is good, you will notice that is not an OLED but playing in a TV that doesn't matter; and on the system itself once the game kicks in you forget that, it's heavier than the Switch OLED but the speed is incredible. The controls feel better in your hands but you will still prefer a controller for extended play sessions. I did a system transfer from my Switch 1 and it was fast and simple. You do not get all your digital games downloaded on the process, that happens once the console is setup, But I need to point out that the shipping materials were horrible. I received a cardboard bag, not a box without any filling. The box of the console is damaged in the corners, obviously by the wear and tear of the transport cars or trucks. I don't know if it's part of the policies of sustainability, but sending a $450 console in a bag without additional protection is incredible cheap and a worry source for us customers. If you don't believe me, buy an Iphone 17 or Sansung S26 and send it to yourself by mail in that bag and tell me how you feel when it arrives. Happy holidays.

I loved the Nintendo Switch 2 from day one. The screen looks so much better than the previous model, and everything is faster and smoother. The controls feel more comfortable and precise, and the bundle with Mario Kart World is a huge bonus: the game runs perfectly and looks amazing. Ideal for playing at home or taking on trips. Faster and clearer gameplay. Simple transfer from oled to 2. No download issues, nice big screen for handheld but super lightweight to me. Love how much storage the system itself has. Though I do recommend getting a sd express card if you’re a big Nintendo gamer for downloading multiple games.

I used to own a WiiU but did not go with the Switch or any other system for no particular reason. I’m not a serious gamer but I have played Nintendo since the 90’s off and on but always enjoyed it. I recently had a lengthy illness and my friend loaned me her son’s OLED to give me something to do. Needless to say I really enjoyed it and beat Zelda BOTW twice, did I tell you I’m in my 60’s? Long story short, I saw the Switch 2 at Best Buy and thought not yet but soon. Amazon gave me a $250 gift card with a Prime credit card. It took nearly half the price off the system. Not only did I get a great deal, I truly love the console. This is lots of fun. I do recommend getting a screen protector with eye protection (blue). I really enjoy playing Zelda and Mario Kart. I’m sure there are other games I’d like but this is a start. Happy gaming!
