I wore these 4 times and the gold piece on the bottom of the heel fell off so now I can wear them!!! I'm so mad! Of course the piece fell off and I didn't hear it so I can't even try to glue it back on.

I was on the fence wondering if they were going to be really damaged. I am so glad I took the chance because they were in perfect condition! Ordered this beautiful Nine West shoe early July. Wore them one time and pulled them out of the box to wear again today and realized the gold embellishment has separated from the heel of one of the shoes. So disappointing! Would love to discuss a replacement with the seller considering it is past the Amazon return date. Rating 3 because Nine West usually makes really good shoes so this just has to be a defective pair. ... show more

I love these shoes. They are great quality and cute. The back strap is a little large. I didn’t remove a star for this because sometimes with heels like this in between sizes. I did bring them to a local cobbler and he was able to tighten the straps so they fit perfectly
