These shoes are adorable and I usually love Nine West shoes, buy after months of wear these are still so stiff and uncomfortable. They are my least favorite flats which is unfortunate with the price I paid. The material is not malleable and my heels are constantly slipping out since there is no "give". If I sized down any further, they would be too tight. They are in my donate pile even though they are still in excellent condition. ... show more

I read the reviews TWICE entirely, ordered half size down like most reviewers advise and DO NOT SIZE DOWN. THESE SHOES ARE GORGEOUS AND (I returned 8&1/2s today technically still have to try on the 9s) TRUE TO SIZE!!!!!!! Well made, versatile, (I anticipate) the 9s, my regular size, will be my new favorite shoes, perhaps comfortable! I first bought these from Nordstrom Rack and they lasted for about 2 years. The heel and front started peeling off so it was time for new ones. To be fair, the shoe started peeling because the way I like to place my foot on my office chair so that is partly on me AND I wore these about every other day to the office. I searched and searched for an affordable shoe that was similar in look and comfortability but couldn't find any so I'm back to these and not upset about it. I was so glad to find they are still sold AND on Amazon. They click when you walk which I don't hate but others might. I also found that ordering a half size down was a lot more comfortable. I had a size 6 before but my news ones are in a 5.5 and fit perfect. (I have a narrow - regular size foot) ... show more

I am not quite sure where exactly the fit is off on this shoe, but they are just not at all comfortable and quite stiff. Nine West leather is usually soft and moveable but unfortunately these are not. Quite cute though!
