I love these shoes. I was looking for a pair of black heels with a moderately chunky heel and these are exactly that. I was surprised by the shape of the heel; I don't think any of the provided pictures depict it. It's like a circle or very slight oval with an eighth or so of the circle cut out in a semi-circle shape (I included a picture as I don't feel like I'm explaining it well. Please excuse the dirt as I have worn them quite a bit.) They are as comfortable as high heels can be. I wear them for about 3.5 hours at work every few days. Though I do sit most of the time, I haven't had any trouble with them hurting my feet on those nights. I did wear them to a bar one night. I walked for probably half a mile between getting there and going home and I was also on my feet for most of the 3 or so hours I was there. They didn't feel great at the end of that night. I ordered some insoles so they won't hurt next time I need to do that (I recommend the Vivian Lou insoles). They look exactly like the picture and are good quality shoes. The insole is slightly padded, though I wouldn't say they were more comfortable than any other pair of Nine West heels I have bought in the past. They fit well and true to size with no rubbing. I'm stable in the shoes. I've been wearing them every few days for about 4 weeks and they still look brand new on the outside, no scuffs or anything.

Took a little breaking in and stretching of the toe part but since doing that they’re very comfortable and look amazing! I get compliments all the time. I’m a flight attendant so comfy shoes are a must. I love the height as well and with the thick heel you don’t feel the height in a negative way

these shoes are really cute! they look exactly as pictured. the material is kind of like a faux velvet, its soft and doesnt look/feel cheap. the only thing im not a huge fan of is how snug my toes are. the shoes are quite narrow in the toes, so if you have wideset feet i wouldnt recommend them. otherwise they are quite comfortable!

I have very average feet. Not wide, but these are so narrow they won’t work unless you have extremely narrow feet. I returned them and seller took over a month to refund my money. I do not recommend.

I am on my feet almost all day, walking in my high heels all over, up stairs and on asphalt and grass as well. These are the shoes I have been looking for since .. forever! The wide chunky heel is perfect for balance and my not so young anymore feet, and they are still fashionable and beautifully designed. They are comfortable and also a great price for a name brand.

Love the sturdiness of the heel and overall look, however, the toe box is very tight and my feet feel squished in these heels, even after trying to stretch them out. I'm hoping it just takes a little longer to break them in, but I usually don't have this issue with other heels.
