For less than $25 delivered, these lights are great. They're reasonably well sealed from water and have a decent output of light. Typical of other Chinese generic LED lights, the hue is more blue/purplish and the beam spread is very wide. I used these as reverse/camp lights behind my truck, and they work pretty well. If you want them to extend past about 10', look elsewhere. And don't even consider putting them on the front of your vehicle. Not only does the light scatter so widely that it's useless down the road, but it will blind oncoming traffic as well. I installed these properly, using a relay and a blade fuse inline with the (+) cable. Any it's very fortunate I did so! One of the lights I received had an internal short and melted the fuse. I returned it to Amazon with no questions asked and ordered another set. The second set was fine. Just be sure to test before installation! Overall, a decent set of lights for the money if you plan to use them as a flood or reverse light. Be sure to test the LEDs to be sure they all work and water test and seal the housing if needed with silicone before installation. ... show more

I purchased these to put in my rear bumper of my 01 Ford Explorer. I have these hooked up so when I put my truck in reverse, the lights come on. I wanted this due to when out camping at night, it is easier to see the edge of the cliffs or trees that I may back into. They work great. A-lot brighter than my reverse lights alone. I even got another one of my friends to get the lights after he saw the video I posted on Facebook. If you have a metal bumper like I did, the lights fit perfectly with very little cutting. I even used the bumper as my "ground" attachment. I ran a 12 gauge wire from the front of the truck back to the rear bumper for power and attached a relay right to one of the bolts used to hold light onto the bumper. I ran a small 16 gauge wire from the "T" I had to the reverse light to act as the switch when I put it in reverse. ... show more

I used to install the Nilight light pods under the rear bumpers on our work trucks for added back up lights. My guys are constantly ripping them off. I'm not sure how they're doing it. I saw these and thought it seemed like a good idea. I have installed them on two utility body bumpers so far. They look good. There light output is just as good as the pods. They are a bit more labor intensive to install since I have to cut holes in the bumper for installation. Owner of the company likes the look and wants me to put them in all of our utility body trucks. ... show more
