Wanted to add a light bar on my 4runner but wasn't about to start drilling holes in the roof. These brackets worked great! Has held up to highway speeds and bumpy off road trails. Nice thing about theses is you can switch light bar lengths and not drill holes. Went from a 40" bar to a 48" in about 10 minutes. And..it don't look bad at all on the truck. Buy theses and STOP drilling holes in your nice vehicle.

They look really good but only got 100 miles into the run and they blew off still had 800 miles to go And this was at 55 miles an hour and less. They say 120 pound pull on each magnet and there are two magnets on each bracket which would make 240 pound pull they should not have come off. Other Car’s use these, including my daughter and hers have not blown off. I do not recommend buying these I would go for a totally different brand. My quick release flags that I purchased separately were attached to these magnets so those are laying in the road with the magnets and I’m trying to get a refund or a replacement on those flags now because I didn’t use them within 30 days. I do not recommend these flags and I’m really glad I didn’t have my light bar attached to them.

So I recently got this. Very impressed how strong the magnets are the only problem is with that the metal is so flimsy when you move your light fixture it bends the bracket I wish they were a little bit more durable and stronger to go with the magnets. Another thing with it is the top of the bracket is so wide and bulky that it hits the wiring coming out from the side when you try to adjust it.
