I ran my own wiring so as to wire to a switch panel on a console I built in my boat, The two smaller lights will mount on a rod rack in the back of the boat. I use these all the time for visibility during snow season. I also can set the settings differently to make myself highly visible. I did end up purchasing a different mounting system so I did not have to modify my vehicle. You will want to buy the lock tight for that mounting system because it does shake loose. These lights were an easy install. I didn't use the included wiring harness, already had a factory switch in my truck. They are extremely bright.
