I purchased these lights to replace the ones on my Kubota tractor. Easy to install, used a few bullet connectors and let there be light. Brighter than the incandescent lights it came with. Only had them for a few months, so far so good.

These are not 60W LED lights. They are 12Watt each. 48W total. The brightness doesn't change whether you apply 12v or15v. The actual power draw is consistent at around 1A at typical 12-15v car voltage. The actual wattage is 12 Watt per light.

While you may see some moisture after running them a short time. It’s normal. You need to run them for at least an hour to warm them up and get rid of the moisture.
