Been running these on my land cruiser for about a year now and they're holding up really well compared to a lot of cheaper light bars and pods I've come across. Salt usually kills everything pretty quick and they aren't showing any signs of corrosion and the lenses are still water tight. Light output is great, if you do much driving in snow or fog and question if yellow is worth it, it is. Added plus, even with them pointed ahead, the actual projection angle is so wide they light up the ditch which helps immensely with spotting wildlife. ... show more

    • Yellow Lens Is Great
These are mounted to the bottom bumper of a Freightliner truck for forward light on unoccupied roads and yards where I need more froward light. These lights are bright being 120 watts. The combo of spot in the center and flood on the ends of the light provide a good mix of light to see everything directly in front and off to the sides, such as ditches. After inspecting the factory wiring on the truck, I have tapped these lights into the high beam circuit of the headlights, so these light come on when I turn the brights on, so oncoming vehicles have no need for concern of blinding lights. The yellow lens was the reason I purchased these as the yellow is easier on the eyes, cuts through low lever fog easier, and isn't blinding in the snow like a white light. As of this review, they have been installed on the truck for 3 months, and the mounts are holding up well, which I note because the truck is not a pavement princess. It is regularly driven in fields, coal yards, and landfills for name a few areas that are not easy on equipment. ... show more

These look so good as fog lights. They happened to fit perfect where my old fogs used to be. I think other drivers really like them too since they’re always flashing me with their high beams as if they’re admiring them. I’m super happy!

I put these on my 88 f150 to help light the road. They're very bright, easy to install, and the yellow light is much easier on the eyes. I've been using them about 2 months now the yellow is awesome in the fog. I'll repost if I have any problems with them, they've already been exposed to so pretty substantial rain storms and no fogging so they're well built, aluminum housing with steel mounts. They hold position extremely well. The only issue i had with the install was yhey were still pointed to far down even when the adjustment slot was maxed out i bent the bracket just a little and they're perfect now. I'll definitely buy again. Also they don't come with a switch or wire and fuse so you'll have to buy that separately. ... show more

Perform as expected. Look good. Well built. Would recommend them to a friend. My 2003 F-250 "lost" its factory fog lights due to installation of a front trailer hitch receiver. To make room for the hitch assembly, the factory fogs and brackets had to go. The front of the truck is subject to water, mud, rocks, and hurricane force winds so after I clipped the Ford male connector off the fog light wires (on the truck side) and replaced them with water proof connectors from the local auto parts store; I soldered all the connections but only after slipping correct sizes of shrink tubing onto the wires first. Then I slipped the shink tubing pieces down over the "sealed" solder joints, applied the heat gun again to shrink, and then slipped the larger shrink over those joints and applied heat, hopefully sealing the new connections for life. Did the same for each new foglight pigtail using the female connectors. After very careful measuring, drilled a hole both left and right on the bumper for mounting, and used very large flat washers both outside and inside the bumper to secure the lights with the bracket bolts, but with same size rubber flat washers being sandwiched in on the actual bumper surface both inside and out. Used stainless steel WINGNUTS inside the bumper with lockwashers. That will allow easy access if I have to add shims on the outside to adjust for foglight aiming, removal, or replacement. Recommend that factory improve ability for downward aiming by addng 1/2 inch to the bracket track slot for wider range of aiming. You might consider using Glad brand "Press n Seal" plastic wrap to protect lamps from dirt, mud, and grime, and replace it often. ... show more
