They look great. The heal has a nice cushion. I suffer from lower back pain but I haven't had any back issues since I've been wearing them. I usually wear a size 7 1/2. My foot is neither narrow or wide. These shoes at first felt a bit narrow and snug but after wearing them for a day, they loosened up. I could have probably sized up but they feel fine with cotton socks, which is usually what I wear with sneakers. ... show more

So I am a size 8 I had to return these for a size 8 1/2 because they were still too tight then I had to return for a size 9 because it still didn’t fit right after I tried at nine I’ve noticed that my toes were in pain and my foot. It still felt a little tight. I’m not sure it’s because my foot is wide and the shoes are not wide enough for my foot. I ended up returning them again.
