I ordered a size up and they are long. Its fine for running though. There is an arch build in but there is not strong support around the foot and ankle the material fits like a sock and the laces do not provide support. Its flexible.

I bought 2 sizes up and still small. I gave up trying to buy these on Amazon. They run small they aren’t made for normal feet. They are re very slim up top, like on the top of the foot where the laces are.
