These are super narrow and tight around the toe🫤I'm going to get a blister wearing these. I need to return them. Order a size up or size wide, don't order your normal size unless you have a petite foot. I hate how a lot of running/ jogging shoes run so small, like that's a good idea for your toes. They also gave me red dried bands across the top of my foot were the lases are tied and I tyed that laces as loose as possible so yes they are very on the smaller narrow side. I also don't have any problems with whith foot swelling and I'm a size 9 So they are just tight so especially if you have any foot swelling these would be bad . The heel hase cushioning and the bottom of the shoe has a grip you can tell that is made for the road so that is a plus to the shoe 👍
