This is how it came, no top but in good condition. Originally ordered a 9 my usual size but have narrow flat feet. They felt a little too big. So ordered these 8.5 as a replacement, they fit but feel it needed a little more space. Tried putting insoles in the 9 and it fit much better. So sending back 8.5 keeping the 9.
