Really cute sneakers! Definitely nurse approved & good support on long walks. Based on the other reviews I did get half a size up and I’m glad I did. I have narrow feet and these shoes fit perfectly, do they must run narrow. I wear size 7.5 in sneakers. They are comfortable without being too cushioned. I find that they provide more stability when I use them for exercise classes for cardio and strength. I’ve used the brand and style (air max) for several years. I’ve tried others but always go back to these.

These are so incredibly adorable but if you want comfort don’t buy these. They run small so order half a size larger. They are tight across the top of the toes area so I had to really loosen the laces and wear them with thick socks to stretch them. I have been wearing them for work but alternating every other day with other shoes.
