Great quality sweatpants! They are expensive but the quality is evident. Very soft, comfy and well made. My teenage boy wears and loves them. He is 5'7 160lbs and could wear a medium but he asked for a large so they were big and baggy. Still fit though since you can tighten the string around the waste.

I went with 4 stars because these run big & when I tried to order a size down they were no longer available. Super soft and comfortable.

I'm 5'7" and about 225 lbs. These fit perfectly. I also have an ostomy so finding the right pants that don't put pressure on my appliance is often difficult. The waistband doesn't interfere with the function but they are also thick enough to hide the look of the appliance. I ended up buying two colors.
