These lean a little forward so if you have any ingrown toenails you should proceed with caution. But over all I have plantar fasciitis and I wear these at work. Only had minimal pain compared to other shoes. But they are very cute and ps: I also have ingrown toenail on my big toe and as long as I keep it short it don’t hurt to bad but it’s more leaned forward of a shoe if that makes sense
