The product was fine. Needed to return product. Did so meeting all requirements of the return. Shipped with tracking. It was received. I am being refunded a penny- yes .01 for a pair if shoes that cost $136.00.

I am not a PG fan or anything I like the player but I got these cause of the zipper on the front and how it keeps the laces in while playing. The zipper keeps my foot locked in and the full air bubble feels great to walk and play. I had a broken talus before and after games shoes would hurt my foot but these dont cause of all the features. Great design and would purchase again. Just get a size up I'm a 8 1/2 but I went with a 9 and they fit snug but if you dont like snug then a whole size might be better. ... show more

I ordered the Nike PG4 basketball shoe for my 16-yr old son. After receiving the shoes, we both felt like they had excellent construction. But if you have wide feet to any degree, you may have problems with these shoes. The interior construction, with the internal lacing & zipper front, is very crowded. My son is in a size 10 for every other pair of shoes he uses currently, and based on other comments & reviews we ordered size 11 in this model. To put it bluntly, these didn't even come close to working for him, mainly on width, but also related to all of the "extra" materials that are inside this shoe. I know it's not possible for online purchases, but w/ this particular shoe I would strongly advise trying them on before purchasing if possible. ... show more
