Shoe: The shoe is great and comfortable. You can wear them with socks or without them. Shipper: This was a different exchange I got from this company compared to the other orders I've done with different shippers. Usually, when I order something, I get a tracking number that works and it gives an update on where the product is located. For instance, 10:15 am Texas. I ordered the shoes on Dec 8. From December 8 to December 28 when I checked for updates, it stated: This product was shipped directly from the shipper. The tracking number did not work. On Jan 2, I finally got an update stating the shoes were held for carrier pick-up. It was extremely frustrating not knowing where the shoes were and having an invalid tracking number. I'm glad I got my shoes....would I buy another product from this company? No ... show more

I know the scuff marks or whatever that brown stain is are small but come on. Right out the box and before even inspecting them, that's the first thing I see. Sure, they look nice though otherwise but ridiculous.
