I have to admit, although I wore Nikes as a young person because they were cool, as I've aged, I found many of their shoes to be disappointing and generally favor other brands. However, based on some reviews both here and elsewhere, I gave the Flex Control TR3 a try after my favorite pair of trainers gave out, and I have thus far been extremely impressed. I use these shoes for two things: in-gym training and road cycling. The shoes are light and breathable, they're far more comfortable than any Nikes I've tried in 10+ years, and they fit me well, which had been an issue with prior Nikes. Although light, they handle really well, and while their lightness leads me to believe that they wouldn't be great for heavy/outdoor work, they're more than up to the task if you're not putting them to extremes. Fits as expected, very comfortable and flexible while giving great support. No regrets on this purchase and will likely by another pair. I use them primarily as a workout/gym shoe but also love the traction they provide as a cross trainer for those occasional outdoor runs/walks.

Very comfy shoes. I normally wear an 11 in other shoes and this is what I ordered and they fit great. So I believe each person will be different. I read many went up on size but I’m glad I did not.

These are not as comfotable as the old style. They are narrow and push toes together. They are the same size as my prior pair but more narrow. By the end of my first workout my toe was raw and bleeding. Seems as if nikes are not as good as they once were. I went to an actual store and all the nikes were narrow.
