Ordered a 7.5 mens/9 women's (my normal size is 8.5 women's) and my toes were at the very top of the shoe with no wiggle room so definitely size up at least a half size. The picture is how they were packaged inside the Amazon bag... missing the top and held in place with rubber bands.
