I’m Still in the break in period of the structure 22 running shoe. This shoe has good arch support for runners that over pronate (has flat feet). The shoes fit a little tight but they’re not uncomfortable. They look stylish and have reflective material for night running.

My 9 year old son is going through some major growth spurts. He's gone from a 9.0 to a 9.5 in less than 2.5 months. I wasn't sure if I should order a 9.5 or a 10 and took a chance with a 9.5. The shoe fits fine but a little short in the toe-tip area. I was going to send it back for a 10 but my son like them so much I decided not to; I know I'll be buying a 10 by Summer but this won't happen again. My son is happy so I'm happy.

I have bought this shoe many times over the last few years. It's great for anyone who needs more stability and help with pronation. I purchased this mens shoe ( with adjustment in size of course) same exact shoe as the women's and 30.00 bucks cheaper! Very impressed with myself:) Great Shoe!

Good shoe, supports my feet well, fits well, comfotable. What it lacks is it is not the greatest looking shoe thus the 4 stars not 5 stars.

These sneakers are the best for someone like me that walks several miles daily yet has arthritis in both feet. The support in them is so spot on I don’t need orthotics while wearing them. Sadly I’ve learned Nike has discontinued this line.

I have been wearing Nike Air Zoom Structure Running shoe since Structure 5. It has always been and still is touted to be a cushioned stability shoe. The 22 still fits my foot like they were specially made just for me and the cushion is still very nice. However, Structure 22 seems to have completely abandoned the medial post (the denser, reinforced foam on midsole’s inner side for extra support as the foot rolls inward) which is the stability aspect of the shoe that overpronators like me need. So very disappointed. We had a good run but it looks like our time has come to the end.
