I have arthritis in my feet so it's very important to have shoes that provide both cushion and support, while not being too tight along the top of the foot as any of these things can irritate my joints. This shoe checks all those boxes. I can work my 12 hour shift on cement floors and my feet don't hurt at the end of it. On top of that, these shoes are ridiculously light. these are by far the best running shoes i have owned over the years. I usually have to buy inserts, due to high arches, but i didnt have to with these. after I run or workout, i dont have low back pain or issues with my feet, which is common for me with high arches and no support.
