I am a runner, and a Zumba dancer. I like this shoe for the exact fact that it has laces AND the elastic band. I tie the laces to the specific tightness I need for the sport I’m doing, and then tuck the laces right in. Think of it as a lace lock. I wear size 6 in tennis shoes. I ordered in 6.5 to have room. It was tight and hurt my feet had to returned it. Got my refund soon I returned it to Ups. I do love Nike brand So I ordered a different shoe same brand. And I love it!
