The flat sole makes these shoes great for the gym especially on leg day! I wear them literally every day. I wear a 7.5 in women's shoes and was able to wear a 5.5 in kids and they fit perfectly! Highly recommend!

If they do not fit I usually give them away. I ordered the Nike Kid's Shoes Blazer Mid 77 a size four. They fit like a glove. These shoes are really nice, I will say they are made very small. If you have a fat foot definitely get a .5 bigger than your normal size. Whatever you get in converse get in these shoes!
