When I ordered my shoes I noticed It had 5 defects inside the insole it had hard bumps whenever I walked the bottom of my foot would hurt because of it. i read about what could cause it and turns out it was a defect.i whenever I tried to return the package I waited 3 weeks and only received 10.53 cents that's only the tax I paid they also charged me for a restocking fee whenever I tried to resolve the issue I had to wait 4 weeks and just got my money yesterday if I could give zero stars I would ... show more
