  • One thing keeps this from 5 stars
Style: Stand
And it’s the middle supporting beam. It’s just at the height where it will not quite go over my csl dd hub, which is a small hub. As sim racers - we want that mofo as close as possible for maximum FOV pleasure. It would be nice if the supporting bar was about 3-5 inches higher if engineering standards will allow. There are 2 holes that are used for the supporting the beam and I ended up using only the top holes for the beam (34” curved monitor - and that’s about as big as a unit as I’d want with the beam like that. That allowed just enough room to Slide over the wheel hub, with monitor being applied last since it hangs lower than the bar. $199 seems to be the going rate, and this one goes perfectly with my NL GT Track. Perfect other than the bar issue. ... show more

  • It works just like advertised. But...
Style: Stand
It's great at doing g what it does but.... does a metal stand really have to be that expensive? Is it made with admantium? Will it serve as a portal to a parallel universe? Is it just made the right size that there's nothing like it and you're forced to pay a lot of money? Well yes. But other than that it's rather sturdy and well made. Just not worth THAT much ... show more

  • Works great with my simrig
Style: Stand
The stand was not difficult to assemble so I dont know why there were complains about that. It's a very sturdy stand and I had no issue mounting my 35 inch Ultrawide LG monitor on it, except for one --> The horizontal frame of the stand which the monitor is sitting on blocks the cable connection panel on my LG monitor. I blame this on LG because of their stupid connection setup (the cables are plugged into monitor perpendicularly instead of connecting from the bottom of the monitor). As a result of this you cannot have the monitor set up at the lowest level on the stand. One way to get around this is to drill a hole on the horizontal frame of the stand so you can pull the cables through it and connect to the monitor. ... show more

  • Watch out for customer service.
Style: Stand
First let me start off with this is by far the best all in one solution out there. The quality doesn't appear to be as good as the seat on the monster tech at twice the cost. During assemble i notice I ordered the single instead of the tripe set up and contacted Support to at additional cost get the additional pieces to covert the single to a triple monitor system. I was informed it was impossible to convert the single to triple, this is just not true, the single stand has the mounting points for the triple set up. So now I have to disassemble the stand and send it back and order the triple stand. Not all their fault but, to not know your product is pretty bad, and it was not easy getting ahold of a real person. Again there all in one box solution thought can't be beat. ... show more

  • I guess it's good, for the money. And some more work.
Style: Stand
While I really want to like this stand, and it has its really good qualities, I wish my monitor or TV could be reliably adjusted on the angle of the monitor. The included monitor mounting brackets do not really allow the user to adjust the angle that the weight of the monitor/TV creates on the middle mounting beam. I could not adjust "out" the 3-5 degree angle that the monitor or TV created by its own weight. I contacted NLR and they suggested using the adjustment screws on each bracket to "take up" that angle of bend in the mounting bar, but that did nothing at all. I have two sim rigs, one with a 34" monitor and one with a 55" TV. The weight of both of these devices is too much for the middle bar since it allows the devices to bend downward. I am not sure yet how I want to address a DYI fix. What a pain! NLR needs to include another bar (I think) that can be adjusted up or down to take the weight off the bottom of the monitor/TV to help support the device's downward pull on the middle beam. This bar would have adjustment screws built-in that could adjust the TV/Monitor brackets "outwards" at the bottom of the brackets. It really is a poor design, but nothing else out there really does it any better. That is why I have two of these. Sigh... If your monitor weighs 15 pounds or less you will be golden. For larger monitors/TV's be prepared to do a fix on your own. ... show more
