This tape is excellent! My father had a wound that needed to be cared for and covered daily. The tape from the hospital took his skin off and was causing additional wounds, and the other tape we tried didn't stay on for a whole day, which caused an infection. When we went to every other day for wound care this tape stayed until I removed it and still did not rip his skin like the other ones. The product creates a very strong bond. I’m sure this is desirable in many contexts, but it is uncomfortable to remove from sensitive skin, especially if there is hair involved. I was using it on my face/mouth for several hours and it bonded so strongly with my skin that I felt like I was peeling off a layer. I can’t fault it entirely because you obviously don’t want it to be coming loose either, but it’s advertised as gentle so it’s a little misleading. I use primarily as name tags for my new players. It sticks to all shorts and jerseys and doesn’t stain when removed. The only minor problem as a name tag they are a bit transparent which dilutes the wrting a tad but still very visible. They also double as athletic or injury tape which is valuable. This tape sure stays put but it’s not very comfortable taking off. It really sticks to the skin and hurts. I have wound dehiscence from having surgery on my upper thigh. And while it did stick it hurt very bad to remove. I had to change tapes.

At times I need to put a bandaid or bandage on a hard to stay spot - on a finger or foot. This stuff works really well, easy to use - breathes pretty well and beats the heck out of most plastic "bandaid" type bandages. I had a wound on a toe and this stuff kept the wound covered in tough conditions.
