I am calling the Newsmarts 10X4.50-5 Aluminum Front Wheel a Diamond in the Rough. The extremely razor sharp edges of the casting have not been deburred at all, making you question the Manufacturers overall selection of material, quality, and construction of the wheel. The wheel mounting is three stud pattern approx. 2-1/8" X 5/16" The large hole in the middle is roughly 1-1/2" inches, the inside diameter is far too small for the standard Axle Hubs we use here in the U.S., requiring additional machining that shouldn't be necessary on a new wheel assembly. Under close inspection the wheel is the correct size, the finish is acceptable at best. I removed a star for the incorrect center hole Diameter and I removed another star for the poor quality control measures in place at the time that this wheel was produced. Honestly if the Factory Quality Control Dept. Steps up and does their job you might have a nice wheel. ... show more
