I've only had this installed for a couple weeks, but so far so good! The original/factory wiper had been flaking out for a long time. I had taken it apart multiple times to clean all the contacts, check the components, etc. and it would work OK at first and then randomly stop working, or turn on and not turn off, etc. Not really something you want when trying to drive in the rain. I wasn't sure this would work as expected and I've seen some reviews of other wiper replacements having issues with the wiper fluid pump not working so I had some concerns, but tested it out before install and everything seemed to work as expected. Install was fairly easy; a few phillips screws, four 10mm nuts, and the bolts that hold the motor (I forget the size). The wiper arms slide off the splined shaft after releasing a retaining clip (that is part of the wiper arm). Remove the phillips screws (I want to say 6 of them?) that hold the 3 piece plastic grate/cowling and that'll give you access to the 10mm nuts that hold the linkages to the motor. Loosen those (but don't remove them) and slide the linkages off the old one. Disconnect the electrical connection and unbolt the old motor. Bolt this one in place, grease up the "joints" that the linkages connect to, and reassemble. This one is nice and quiet too compared to the original. Original electrical connection plugs right in - might be a good idea to spray some contact cleaner in there first. Note that this DOES NOT come with hardware, so make sure you keep track of the existing nuts and bolts. Don't forget to reconnect the wiper fluid hose to the cowl spray nozzles or you'll be taking that off again.
