Features

  • FUSIBLE IRON ON NO SHOW MESH EMBROIDDERY STABILIZER: Iron on the shiny side (glue coating) face the wrong side of your project. It eliminates annoying shifting, sliding and puckering of material. Totally stabilizes any fabric in seconds with no time-consuming pinning.
  • BEST USED ON LIGHT COLORED FABRIC: Fusible iron on no show mesh cutaway stabilizer can permanently support embroidery project. Unlike traditional cutaway stabilizer, no show mesh eliminates the backing show through light colored fabric because of semitransparent &sheer texture(similar to Sulky Soft'n'Sheer,Weblon,OESD Polymesh). Perfect for chest logo, knit,Polo shirts, infant items etc. Be helpful when you make embroidery on a small area design, but can't hoop the fabric and stabilizer together
  • IRONING TEMPERATURE NOTE: Start ironing temperature between silk and wool for iron setting. In the winter, please increase the ironing temperature between cotton and linen for iron setting.
  • TIPS FOR DENSER STITCH DESIGNS: For heavy stitches, denser designs or thicker fabrics, you can put one layer of light weight tearaway stabilizer underneath of fusible iron on no show mesh stabilizer for extra stability. After the design is completed, the tear away stabilizer can be torn off and just leave the soft mesh against the skin.
  • SAFE MATERIAL: It is made of 100% embossed nylon which is acid free and lead-free, safe and extremely soft to use it on your skin-touch clothes (Use with any woven where softness is a consideration). Ideal to "Cover-The-Back" of finished computerized embroideries to protect sensitive skin from scratchy stitches. The unique design of embossing can add multi-directional stability for your design.

  • Use for embroidery
Material Type: No Show Mesh
For what I use for it works great.

  • Works pretty well
Material Type: No Show Mesh
You have to press longer than some of the other brands I’ve used to get good adhesion. Other than that is fine.

  • UPDATE Review for Adhesion of this Product is a Problem
Material Type: No Show Mesh
UPDATE REVIEW - This Company has the BEST customer service with responsiveness and interest in assisting me to be happy with the stabilizer. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from this company for any products. This company works to resolve any issues and for your satisfaction. In today's world this company is very rare. Initial review: I love the softness of this product but the adhesion to my t-shirts is not good. I am disappointed compared to other products i have used. I have pre-washed the t-shirt and followed manufacture instructions exactly. I have many t-shirt to finish in a short time frame and concerned this could be an issue. Possibly the instructions are not correct? I love other brothread product so this is disappointing. ... show more

  • UPDATE Does not fuse very well to the fabric.
Material Type: No Show Mesh
It's okay, but it did not fuse very well to the cotton jersey fabric I used it on. It was also more visible than described. Update-2/17/22 Brothread read my review of the iron-on fusible mesh. They expressed their regret that I was not satisfied with it. Without being asked, they offered to replace it with something else. The fact they read reviews and care about their consumers, speaks well for their company. I have used many Brothread products and I have only had trouble with this one. Their tread is excellent. I believe they will address the fusing issue with the mesh stabilizer. In the meantime I will continue to purchase their other products. (P.S. as is, the mesh works fine as a sew-in stabilizer.) ... show more

  • Works great
Material Type: No Show Mesh
This stabilizer worked great. I usually buy from by local small businesses but I go through a lot of this on a project for charity. Thought I would try it since it was about 1/3 the price. Worked as well as what I was buying. I will continue to buy it.

  • Not a permanent product for covering stitches. Great follow up from Seller!
Material Type: No Show Mesh
I thought this was to be used after embroidery to soften the feel of thread on the skin! However the seller did contact me when I explained my disappointment. He will stress that this is not a product to use after stitching (as a protection of scratchy stitching against skin.), rather as a stabilizer prior to stitching. I hope he includes instructions for use with the product. They are linen or cotton setting and leaving in an area for 30 seconds with a dry iron. I think it gave me a silk setting on my iron, but no additional directions: time, steam, no steam, etc. the ad even discussed for baby clothes because of the softness. I do think this product will be fine for using as a stabilizer under stitches on finer knits and other fabrics with denser designs and a nice interfacing. ... show more

  • Great for greeting card embroidery
Material Type: Cutaway
I used this to stabilize Watercolor Paper that I machine embroidered on as a greeting card. I fused it after the stitching was completed to lock in the stitches and then mounted to cardstock. Be sure to follow the directions provided regarding what temperature your iron should be on when fusing to different products. I used a very hot iron when fusing to paper and it started to breakdown the stabilizer. When I turned down the temperature it worked very well. ... show more

  • Thick stable stabilizer
Material Type: No Show Mesh
I like this stabilizer because it irons on well and is very stable. It is easy to use and doesn't tear when using it. It is also so a good value for the money. The one thing I was not so happy about was you can tear it away, but it is a bit harder then some of the other stabilizers. This is because it is thicker than other stabilizers. So the choice is yours. Get thick stabilizer that is harder to tear off or get thin stabilizer that is easy to tear off but not as stable. ... show more
