i bought these for work as i’m on my feet all day. they’re comfortable and soft, but somehow hard at the same time (in a good way). my only problem was it curves a lot in the front which i’m not sure if it’s because it’s a running shoe, if that has anything to do with it, or not but it was very uncomfortable for my toes. it felt like they were being pushed together by a very very tight hair tie. they aren’t ugly either, i just personally don’t like black shoes, and that was probably part of the problem as well. as for quality, they are good quality shoes for the price (nowadays at least). they don’t feel heavy when you’re walking in them either. overall, these shoes are great but don’t buy if you have a wide toe area. ... show more

Tried to break them in . Had to change to my other work shoes daily . Hurt my feet really bad . Thought I could send them back and get a half size bigger . They are not a true 9 for sure . Is there anything I can do to get another pair without having to buy another !

Thought I was getting NEW shoes when I purchased them. But they were a return just placed in a box, one that was not even where they came out of. No paper inside them, tags were ripped off. Bottoms were dirty. Only kept them because they’re for work and I didn’t mind having previously worn ones but at least let the buyer know. If they were a gift I would have been livid. ... show more

THEY RUN SMALL! These shoes are amazing! I have a job that I have to be standing and walking around for 10 straight hours. Wearing these new balances really helped my feet. These shoes are not heavy. They feel comfortable and roomy. I had bought a size 9 wide originally because that is my size. I’m usually a size 9 in new balances. I have a few pairs of New balances that are 9s and they fit perfectly . I had to reorder a new pair that are 9 1/2 and they fit way better. I put these 9 1/2 against the 9 shoe and they were bigger by a few inches. I ended up giving my size 9 to my daughter for work. Order a size up from your normal shoe size. ... show more
