Definitely size up. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 depending on brand. I measured my foot and per the size chart, I ordered a 7.5w but my toes were right up to the end so I ended up with an 8.5. My toes love these shoes and with how light they are, it’s like I don’t even have anything on my feet! I’m very happy with that aspect. The plant pattern is adorable and after several weeks of wear, they look as clean as new! I don’t love how they lace; it feels like just the top of the shoe gets tighter whereas the sides stay a bit gapped. My foot never feels fully secure in them which makes me worry a bit about working out in them but then again, I have been doing it successfully. I’m a dancer so I’m not a fan of (and not used to) my foot being able to move within the shoe and if I tie them any tighter, it digs into the top of my foot so there’s a fine balance with tying these. Have one pair of these and love the fit and feel. I have very hard feet to fit and be comfortable in. The nylon type material these are made of is great. Somehow I ordered wrong size and had to return account my size was out of stock.

I love them however they run small! I typically wear 6.5-7 so to be safe I ordered a 7 and they were tow scrunching small so I reorder a 7.5 and to be honest I wish I would’ve sent them back for an 8!

Ordered the 8 wide and seem to run just tad bit small and definitely don't feel "wide" (D). Other then tight on my hobbit feet, they feel fairly cushioned and comfortable on the arch. Hopefully they'll stretch a little after a breakin period

These shoes are so cute! I bought them more as a fashion sneaker than a workout shoe. In my opinion, they don't have the support that would be needed as a workout shoe. They are lightweight and stylish. My feet are fairly wide, so I'm glad I ordered the wide option as the normal option would have been too snug. I also ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear based off of what other people mentioned in their reviews. They were right! They fit me perfectly with those small adjustments.
