These are without question the most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet period. Absolutely loved the cushioning and they seemed really great quality. Unfortunately the heel was far too wide and kept slipping so I had to return. Size was normal and everything was perfect except the heel. I do tend to have a slightly narrow heel though (usually wear Saucony) so maybe these are normal but it seemed wider than other brands I’ve tried. Incredible otherwise though!!! ... show more

    • Great for Plantar Fasciitis
I had plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. These were the only shoes that I could wear for over a month! These are the most comfortable shoe that I own. I went back and ordered the all white one..

    • Even excellent water-repellent shoe won't function when edge torn/seal broken .
I would definitely say that these shoes run true to size, I purchased size 9.5 because I'm a 9/9.5 with thin to average width foot and these were my second pair of New Balance shoes since I had recovered from broken foot. These shoes are incredibly comfortable with support and cushion on both ball of foot and heal. Interior of shoe felt like a pillow/cloud is surrounding foot. My daughter tried on my shoes, which she loved. She wears a 10/10.5 with a wide foot so I ordered her a size 10 regular width, not a wide width which they offer yet she said that it was perfect width for her feet. Well both pairs withstood rain very well and kept socks and feet dry during walk the first day. Unfortunately, her pair began to peel at the top/bend of toe area which caused tear to allow water to enter on day two. Her shoes completely were broken with a week which I though was an isolated defect for a pair of shoes. My pair held up nearly two weeks before they also split and began to tear open/separate top from soles. I had to return both pairs because they are both useless. I don't know if this is because they have the water repellent seal on them yet my first pair of New Balance Move sneakers which I've had over 2 month show little to no wear and unbelievably comfortable. They are similar in comfort to my HOKA, Vionic, and Alexander MxQueen sneakers. ... show more

Super comfy shoes however I returned these because the bottoms made a noisy sticking sound on hospital floors. Otherwise I would have loved them

I bought these shoes for work because I love the tie version I have for everyday/running. I listened to other reviews about them being narrow and I would completely disagree; I wear a 9 in my other new balance shoes and bought these in a 9 wide based on the reviews. I do not find them to be narrow, they fit appropriately. I like a very squishy shoe, and these fit the bill-I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and the cushion reduces my pain. Lots of squish not a lot of structure. I will agree with some of the other reviews that they can be squeaky. ... show more

I actually love the shoe. They are very comfortable! But the bad part is that it is tearing up which others said in their reviews but i was hoping that it was just a fluke. I've only had them for a month. And i don't start them everyday. So for the price I'm very disappointed 😞

These are one of the best shoes besides brooks but cute !!!! They’re very comfortable and it really helps with my plantar fasciitis…. My feet won’t hurt if I’m walking or running !!!!
