THEY RUN SMALL! These shoes are amazing! I have a job that I have to be standing and walking around for 10 straight hours. Wearing these new balances really helped my feet. These shoes are not heavy. They feel comfortable and roomy. I had bought a size 9 wide originally because that is my size. I’m usually a size 9 in new balances. I have a few pairs of New balances that are 9s and they fit perfectly . I had to reorder a new pair that are 9 1/2 and they fit way better. I put these 9 1/2 against the 9 shoe and they were bigger by a few inches. I ended up giving my size 9 to my daughter for work. Order a half a size up from your normal shoe size.

Wife review: actual size 8.5 N with needing supportive shoe inside house, errands taking dogs outside. Extremely light weight, 8.5 size fits well. Comfortable. Black w gunmetal just to avoid light color showing wear. Happy with the material and not being nylon shiny appearance . Nice looking shoe really like the heel & arch fit nice for hard surfaces, standing, functional. Update 6/20/25 - Love this shoe COMFORT so much now I just ordered the another pair. Super comfortable support walking, shopping, cement & in/outside.

SO CUTE! I’ve gotten so many compliments on these since I’ve gotten them. Very true to size! So comfy! I go on 3-5 mile walks on the daily and they remain so comfortable. They are supportive and great for walking or running!

I’ve been buying from the Fresh Foam line of New Balance for years. (My favorite was Cruz, but they sell out frequently. This was tried as an alternative and seems to work fine.) I have multiple foot issues including bunions, arthritis, and neuropathy and these shoes are wide and light enough to be comfortable. I swap out the insoles, however, with a padded arch support and sometimes a firm custom one with no problem. They are very light, so not good for super cold weather. Your feet would freeze!

I bought these to wear casually and walk on my treadmill with. Durable and comfortable, been holding up for months now. Never had to be “worn in” like other sneakers I’ve bought. Good support, I get foot pain from most shoes but not these. Would buy again.

These did not fits very well. I got 2 sizes and I returned both. There isn’t very good arch support in these. Even in the shoe that fit my foot well, the arch didn’t hit me in the spot. They had that squishy feel that so many foam shoes have, so if that is comfortable to you, you might like these. But I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone who needs a good arch. The shoes were really cute and I wanted to love them!

These shoes are my favorite. I wish there was more color options. But this is the 3rd pair I have bought. They make my feet so happy. I suffer from foot issues and these are the only shoes I have found that don't make my feet hurt. I will continue to buy these.

As someone who walks 7 plus miles a day at work and has foot issues, these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve found recently. I would give them 5 stars if they didn’t seem to break down fast. That being said for the price I will buy another pair.
