First off, these New Balance Arishi V4, running shoes are very comfortable, do not drag when walking. They put a spring in my step. One might say I have too many shoes. Maybe. But I like having variety and I'm always looking for comfort as well I wear a size 12, I am 6 ft 1 250 lb and I frequent the gym 4+ plus days a week. I am lean but do like to do cardio. The feeling, sweating it out. I was looking for a pair of comfortable shoes to walk around in. Just randomly browsing. I was looking for specific shoes to help with my arches, which I barely have. I have flat feet and my left ankle pronates. It's an injury from my skateboarding and boxing probably more than 20 years ago. I am not sure as one day I noticed my ankle was off. Maybe I am just made this way LOL. I wear a special insoles made custom. I have many other decent insoles, full and 3/4 length. It's not as bad as it seems, at least I say that lol. Came across these and the Asics gt-2000. For the price that I paid for these, they were very worth it. They were on sale, I saw my size, and ordered them. The shoes look very good in person, is good as in the item picture. Weight - they are very light, I'm not getting too technical by weighing them, but as light as some of my lightest running shoes are. Material - the material and style of the outside of the shoe is particularly interesting. I like the way it's got a fuzzy kind of soft material. The inside are very comfortable and support and comfort the foot. Ride - The ride is smooth, good for heal strikes. Very good ankle support. These definitely are a 5 star shoe. Some weeks I can do about 20+ miles on the treadmill, mostly walking at an incline. So I need good shoes. I also purchased the Asics GT-2000. The New Balance Arishi V4 and the Asics GT-2000 are similar and different. The GT 2000s are a more of a serious running shoe, hold the heel in place better, are bouncy. They are meant and can't work for longer distances. That isn't to say the Arishi V4 isn't great in their own right. They do it 90% just as well for a fraction of the price. So if you're looking for a running shoe or walking shoe, generally a decent shoe and you have flat or pronated feet, look no further. These are the shoes for you. I noticed they don't have many reviews, so trust me definitely worth trying. For the price I paid, < $30ish, I think they are better than other running shoes I've owned. The tech must be getting better, new innovations. I can go on and on. These are great shoes.

I had been searching for replacement gym / walking / running shoes for some time. So glad I came across these as they check all the boxes! So comfortable! They fit my narrow feet well with no slippage off the heel but also ample room for my toes. Their look is a perfect balance of classic and current. I bought the light grey (summer fog) and also some baby blue bungee laces for them. They look really cute and I can slip them on without having to lace up each time. The price was right, too. Maybe the Arishi V4 isn’t New Balances’ up to the minute latest offering (I think they came out in 2023.) but that’s fine by me. I’m paying 1/3 the price for a sneaker I like better than the newer models I’ve seen in stores.

I wore them to work immediately and my feet didn't hurt at all. They have plenty of toe room and lots of cushion. They can only get better when I break them in!

Love them. they do run a bit small. I normally wear a 9M in NB but for this one it required them to break in a smidge and they were lovely and faithful. the pale pink is gorgeous but does require weekly cleanings. The arch upport is neutral so i dontn get blisters on my arches when i run like I do with the v4 mores. I used these when I went to NOLA and walked everywhere and they were a god send. Great for all purpose, stability to weight train, walking, running, hiking (on treadmill as high as 35% incline) A very good all purpose shoe. Ultimately I used a 9.5W and unlocked great comfort.

These are great walking shoes and keep your feet cushioned all day and have good support. I recently used them in Norway where we walked a lot. I love the light gray color which goes with everything, although I did spray them to repel water and stains.

These are so cute, I’m really sad. The item fits the description. It’s super comfortable and exactly what I order. However, the shoes seem to be worn they have dirty spots, they have marks of wear(like it’s a return after someone tried them). If I didn’t need them as fast as I needed them, I would have returned them immediately. Overall, good packaging and delivery was accurate on the date.
