They run small. Go up a half a size. I wear a size 9. I buy 9.5 because of an injury to my right foot. These fit like a 9. I’m keeping them but wish I had gotten a 10. Comfy & cute though!

The newest NB Fresh Foam shoe in my closet. This NB product gives my 75 flat-footed-weak-ankles the support and cushion needed. The insoles are removable for other orthotics custom or not. Usually, I will use the insoles that come with the shoe to see if they work best. If not, I pop in a Dr. Scholl's or another arch support insole. Hopefully, NB will continue to make Foam Fresh. They are not cheap, but you can search for colors being retired and find a lower price. They do last bc they're made well. I purchased these New Balance Fresh Foam sneakers to replace an expensive pair of Hokas that completely fell apart after six months. I initially went with a pair of Sauconys, but the quality didn’t seem to be great and they were very stiff, so I returned them. These New Balance sneakers are so comfortable and very supportive. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis off and on for two and a half years and need the support. I have high hopes for these but will update this review if they let me down. I’m very impressed with them so far though! They also look great and were less than half the price of my Hokas. I did go up a half size based on the other reviews and am glad I did.
