These New Balance shoes are far more comfortable than walking barefoot. The width isn't too wide either, just right to give support and be comfortable all day. I've worn them to cut 1/2 acre of grass, shopping, and chasing my grandchildren around, up and down stairs. I believe having these shoes on my feet gives my more enthusiasm to get moving, because my feet don't ache during activity and afterward. These are extremely well made sneakers, true to size, they feel durable and they don’t feel cheap in the slightest. I bought a 10.5 which is my normal size. They are nice and wide so my tailors bunions can stretch. The depth of the sneaker is also nice, i feel like orthotics can fit in there nicely. The insole is more firm than it is soft, but i think it is structurally still comfy on the foot. There is a nice little padding somewhere that cushions my tailors bunion nicely from what I feel. Make sure you give them a good bend before putting them on to help break them in, otherwise you may have a tough time walking like I did. Don’t put them on when you're late to work like I did, my calves felt like they were getting worked out lol. I’ll report back a week into breaking them in. But from the looks of it, i want to get these in more colors. 💖 ... show more

Let me just start off by saying these shoes are some of the most comfortable I own! I wear these to work everyday and my feet never hurt anymore AND they are SO CUTE! They have great heel/arch support, super lightweight, and they are definitely non-slip. They fit really true to size (I got an 8.5). Not to mention, I get so many compliments on these shoes and I always recommend them to anyone looking for a new everyday sneaker. I love these shoes for work! They are so comfortable and sturdy, and I really appreciate the water resistance. They fit me true to size and are perfect for walking long distances all day, as well as standing for a really long time. Feel stiff, bit heavy, normal width seems fine, true to size (I am a 7 and bought a 7). I’ll have to see how these hold up while I do cardio so will update my review tomorrow.
