    • Cute shoes, but were too small for me
The only reason I gave it three stars where I did is because I had to send them back; too small for my left foot and tight on my right. I ordered the largest and widest size they had so cannot size up any further. Otherwise, they are very nice looking shoes; good support, good cushioning, well made.

I was going to return these shoes because when I first tried them on, they felt tight and somewhat small. Then I saw that the comfort insole is removable, so I replaced it with a different insole, and on that insole, I placed on top some of my own ball of foot comfort pads. Voile, issue solved, and I keep these shoes. they will be my go-to shoes. I have neuropathy in my feet and I'd heard that New Balance made good shoes for people like me who suffer from neuropathy. Not everyone has the same experience with shoes or neuropathy; I just just believe in writing honest reviews, and I hope this helps others. I am on my feet all day and i have arthritis. When I'm not standing in one spot for hours I'm running all around a building with concrete floors. I have a decent amount of tred, they're not overly bulky, and they look good. They also weren't overly tight on my bunion and doesn't put too much pressure on my foot (I broke my foot and since it never healed properly I notice when it's tight around the outer metatarsal bones or puts excess pressure in the toe box itself) Im really happy with these shoes and it looks like they'll hold up for a while so I might get another pair in the future so I can switch it up. ... show more

    • Loved them but didn’t fit! Returned them🙁
I fell in love with them. Everyone at my Physical Therapy, but a handful of us, wears them. They look so confortable. However, I carefully tried only one of the pair and it was tight on the tip of my toes and the top of my foot started hurting. I’m delighted with your service. The sneakers are beautiful, but they didn’t fit me. I don’t know why?! I’m either an 8W or 8 1/2: the 8 1/2 was tight. Thank you for your wonderful, fast, perfect service. Thank you so very much. They look like the way they where bought just late getting to me thru Amazon this time. Feels so comfortable n spacious for my feet. Thanks for getting them to me but the deliver person had deliver box badly inside. How does boxes be badly busted up the shoes being delivered. Smh

I am very disappointed ,I only wear NB so I know my size and model perfectly . I bough a new pair of the Black 520 New Balance 7.5 wide ,and when I tried them on ,the right shoe seems tighter and smaller ,I check the tag inside !!!!! Let foot shoe was made in 2023 and bore a completely different serial number Right foot was made in 2021 and bore a different serial number than the right side BASICALLY to sell a pair of trainer at $75 ,they tricked me by assembling 2 different box this is no mistake as I had the same previously with another vendor .... really annoying ... show more
