Definitely don't go bigger. unless you have a very wide wide foot. I have a pretty regular foot... I went up a half size up and I shouldn't have. however as much as I LOVE these and love the look of them... I don't like them on me with scrub pants. I bought them for work and I don't like them with my Scrub pants... but they are AWESOME shoes and look good on everyone else just not me. they run true to size unless you have an overly wide foot or swell ... show more
