I rarely review shoes right away but my past (positive) experiences with New Balance and the first day I wore these to work had me very impressed. What I look for in work shoes: support, breathability, and basically good looks. I got lots of compliments and even without putting work insoles in them they performed great through a full shift at work. I work at an animal hospital, on my feet on hard concrete floors all day. Definitely recommend!

I like these shoes but they were not what I expected. They are a slip on really, the tongue is completely attached to the shoe. The laces are mostly for show, tho you can do some adjustment with them. I was expecting an old style NB shoe.

These might hurt the tops of your feet if your arches are kind of high like mine. I don't care much about arch support since my arches are fine, but the top bones of my feet felt sore and bruised for the first week of wearing them. Even tied as loose as possible, they still are too tight on the tops of my feet. If your feet have lower arches or you need a slightly thinner fit, these will probably be perfect for you.

Can't believe the poor construction quality of the most important part of the shoe. the soles start peeling back and I only wore them maybe 8 days out of the month I owned them.

I'm a woman, I bought these because the women version is way too overpriced. It fights about snugger than the women's version. It was worth the money because I bought them for $25. New balance shoes will be getting more expensive in the next few years because they are collaborating with high end scrub companies. Glad I got these.

I really like the shoe and I love the brand new balance. I own several pairs of New Balance and I usually don't try them on because I know that I'm generally a 9 medium in most styles. This particular style runs half a size big in length.

The shoes are very nice, comfortable and the shoes are of high quality. I liked them so much that I bought another pair in gray.

The shoe fits just as expected and looks great. The only thing to keep in mind is that the tongue is attached to the shoe itself, what could be somewhat uncomfortable, but in my case that's not an issue.
