It's been years since I've owned a pair of New Balance shoes. They were the first pair of running shoes that I bought some 40 years ago. While my running days are LONG over, I started walking on my treadmill 3 years ago. I had a pretty serious brain injury a few years back affecting my balance and dexterity and normally walk assisted and wear slip on shoes as I have a tough time with laces. I've had a tough time finding a good pair of shoes that are comfortable for me to walk in that last more than two months. These have been absolutely AMAZING. They're light, breathable, great support, extra comfortable, easy to slip on, and seem to be holding up well. I highly recommend them and will be ordering another pair soon, for just wearing around.

WOW!! Hands down the BEST shoes I've ever had!!! I have neuropathy in my feet, I have a lot of trouble with my feet. I have looked forever for a shoe that is comfortable, I didn't think there was one. But these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and I've went through many, many big name shoes, but none even compared with these!!! I highly recommend!!

5 stars for comfort, but 3 stars for durability. I've had three pairs of these. The soles wore down quickly on the first two, and the material on the top, near my toes, eventually split where my big toe rubbed against the inside. And yes, I trim my nails on the regular. I'd still buy them because they are so darn comfortable and you can convert them to slip-ons by replacing the shoelaces with a pair of lock laces (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007DLVLAW?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1&psc=1).

These shoes are wonderful. They're cool looking, they slip on easily, and it feels like I'm walking on a cloud when I wear these. I could likely work a standing job (as opposed to a sitting/desk job) in these without any trouble. They're lightweight and well-cushioned. I love these and they're a great price. I haven't tried them out for running yet, but I'm sure they'll work perfectly for that too.
